Ive looked at several houses in Amherst, and this is by far the best house in the area. Not only is it the best house, its available for an incredibly reasonable price. The originally rent is 2200 a month, but we will lower that to 1800. The house has 3 bedrooms, but one is large and can fit . The house includes a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and will come with couches, a water cooler, and one bed upstairs...but for the most part is unfurnished. The house has marble counters, and a nice deck outside. There is a main floor, basement and upstairs...as well as a shed, backyard, and large driveway. Email me if youre interested. I prefer you have 34 ppl and split the 1800...but if you are alone, you can still email me and I can try and set you up to live with others, to reduce your share of the rent.House is available June 1st August 31st
